RealtyAgentLaw (the "Company") provides legal services for real estate professionals through its website RealtyAgentLaw.com (the "Site"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Services

RealtyAgentLaw offers the following categories of services:

Legal Services: contract reviews, commission negotiations, compliance guidance.

Informational Products: digital guides, webinars, templates.

Goods: printed materials and resource kits.

2. Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

3. Fees and Charges

You agree to pay all fees listed at the time of ordering. Fees are exclusive of any taxes which are your responsibility. Charges will appear on your billing statement using the descriptor "RealtyAgentLaw".

4. Refund and Rescheduling Policy

4.1 Legal Services

Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase if no substantial work has commenced. After work has started, refunds will be prorated based on the extent of work completed. To request a refund, contact us via our contact form. Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment within 14 business days.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests for consultations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Late changes may not be accommodated and may incur a nonrefundable scheduling charge.

4.2 Informational Products

All digital products are final sale and nonrefundable once accessed or downloaded, due to the nature of digital content. If you experience technical issues, please contact support for troubleshooting.

4.3 Goods

Physical items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error. Refunds for approved returns will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials on this Site are the property of RealtyAgentLaw or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service or product.
